I actually do well a lot. However, I'm still a bit unsure about let's say if, I find a tier V item and reroll my char and then well it at lvl 1, will lvl and ammount of mods drop? Or do you have the same chance of getting a 100 ee item, no matter if you're lvl 1 or 20 when you well?

Well it works like this: The monster spawns 10 lvl above the item lvl or your lvl+1 whichever is higher.

So: If you well a lvl 10 item at lvl 1 you will face a lvl 20 mob and you will get your ass kicked

On the other hand if you well it at lvl 20 you will face a lvl 21 mob so that's your best shot.

Yeah excactly

That's why the say 64 is the best lvl to well at: The well monster gets 65 and you have a chance to get 55 side-drops
