i dont see why dex charms are overated cuz you can go either way str or dex doesnt matter imo just stat the opposite.
still a very sexy charm you can use up to mq or around it

STR charms are more versatile. Not every character really needs +Dex, look at Ninja's starting stats. Every melee damager can benefit from more STR though.
