remute imo sorry maybe u should get other opinions but to me something that can be outdone by a lvl 5 charm at that lvl needs to be remuted.

if you have better remute, if not keep..

imo if you can sell that item for the price of 2 rare lvl 35 wild heals (or better) then sell it.
if not, its up to you weather its worth using or just remuting
