I believe you may need more posts, some features of the site are not accessible to users with low post-count. I don't usually endorse spamming, but in this case it is a bit different. You could go into the General Chat forum and reply to a few random topics, wish people happy birthday, etc... that way you can get your post count up (above 50 posts I believe is the needed amount)

This way you will have all the features related to post count open to you. Posting images as well as viewing certain things and reducing the time between posts are all a part of that. Also, there is nothing wrong or frowned upon for posting in the General Chat, that is the place to talk about random stuff without being off topic.

All you have to do is click on MY Guild at the top of the page. Once you see the list of members, look to the left. You will see view guild charter and view guild topic. Click on view guild topic. You will be able to see it and post there as well.

I have corrected that situation. I made some edits to guild ranks and did not edit the guild topic criteria. Give it whirl now.

That also will do it.

The post count is more related to site features like posting picture / youtube links, and a few other things.
