46lvl atm 77% i try solo monk to 50
got 2hours 55minute time and i can kill 1-2 mobs before i need to regen lol
no cata groups atm

made 15->51 playing 6 hours today
my setup is effiscient
since it took me 5 hours to make 51-> MQ ( with the lio's staff i precise^^)
and 1 hour 0->15
looks as if i can manage to mq in 12 hours
will try to mq tomorrow

i made my 10 first mqs with cata
check my profil for dates, it wasnt very fast
but you will see later it will be better.
When i will have one day of total free time i will try to make 1 full climb, 0->71 in one day
