Nintendo DS.

It looks like a regular game cartridge, but there's a slot in the back for a micro sd card, you put any ds game you want on the sd card.

aka free ds games.

When I was in Korea we got a bunch of black market stuff...like 80 games for $20 lol...stuff like that

This you just download games online, copy them to the sd card, and plug it into the ds.
