Get that 30 axe out of your head completely. Even if he accepts your 3k offer, say you dont need it anymore or something. Look around for something different

22 vit at level 30 isnt a big deal especially when you have a bonus 27 from the charm. Vit becomes less beneficial the more you have. Plus you are using a chain with EE at that level right?

Think about it, you'll already be getting zeros almost every physical hit as it is.

Edit ya found your chain. Even base vit + 27 vit from the charm means nothing physical is hitting, except for crits/ap. So the vit on the axe is almost completely useless. I dont even think EPs will hit through that at 30.
