E; my rogue caster already without gg items can well items with 15 - 20 lvl req... never can do it before this char.

I can well on most of my chars as soon as they get a new weapon set, with the big exception being monk of course. My fighter can't even well anything high level anymore, unfortunately- but on the bright side both rogue caster and magician are doing fine, specifically the magician. I'm using pretty garbage eq and i'm spending maybe a few hundred on actual charms and it's getting me pretty far pretty quick.
