well look, if somone walk into that type of trap, they will lose legs for shure, imagine trap for bear how work on human, bear have 10time stronger bones so that tarp wuld smash a human, so basicly its sime shit like a bomb.. i am not from us but im think there is no country whit a rule where say's: you can put bear trap in your garden

but it is UR GARDEN, no man should walk ur garden without ur accept !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so if u walk into that trap, and u dont know the owner of the house i would say its ur own freakin fault right ?

ppl who know the owner of the house prolly dont walk into a bear trap, cuz the owner have said it is where it is.

But again, it could be ANY form of trap, bear trap is just my example in this chase, any traps who can and prolly will hurt the one ( animal or human ) that walks into it.

hehe its the sime question asked before 2days here in croatia, one man has fead one old man, they bought him woods ( for fire in winter ) they give him every day 3xtime food, they go in shop and contract was when that old guy die he leave him a house, and that was happen before 1month a old guy die and this one really get the house, but a son of old guy is still there and this one can not kick him out IN OWN house, since that guy not have a place to go
i want to say it is your own garden but that not mean you can get traps there or bombs or whatever, my cozen is in america and his full familiy is "nudist" ( dont know eng word. but he walk naked on beach etc... ) and he told me he can not walk naken in his own gareden since people can see it, if he make a wall whit bricks then he can walk... no wall no walk ( that in us )

it is illegal to go onto another persons property without permission. However it is illegal to set traps which could be harmful to someone. There is a "self defense" law which states that you can use what ever means are needed to avoid injury or death. This is only when a person is in your home and has intent to do you harm. Another law, which I do not completely agree with says that if someone gets injured on your property, they can sue you. Even if they get injured breaking into your home.

No you can not do this! If you have trespass issue simply Post a No Trespassing Sing, you can then take it a step farther and mount a Trail Cam or other recording device to gather evidence of said Trespasser and forward it the your local authorities. Setting up some kinda trap would only open you up to legal issues depending on your states Trespass laws, some state you can shoot Trespassers on site other most others ofc you can't...
