charge fails, yo

it's fun for messing around on pvp realms etc but for serious dueling theyre pretty bad.

every character fails in some way or another.
and i ve charged people on non charger builds with it and it seems to do pretty good imo

@ Trevor, charge is real fun but I always found it to be more of a low/mid level duel skill, once people get Enigma you can't really catch them, not to mention most zons/assassins will just out-run you.

I have a level 18 charger on non-ladder that has ears from level 20-70 characters.
