both are lvl zero items -- i never add my stats to dex as a result -- all go into str

Angelic tempered diamond plate mail, Defense: 103 to 311, +10% Quick Draw, +3% Magical Damage Reduction, +1 to 3 Life per Attack, +179% Enhanced Effect

That is a very nice armor -- EE on a plate mail is a highly desirable mod, and 179 is brag-worthy

yah i came across it when i was searching for quick draw items and i couldnt help but to buy it
