They didnt get nerfed.

Magic defense was introduced into the game last update.
so now monsters can have defense against your charm attacks

Meaning, they're weaker, hence nerfed >.>".

nerf means that he literally cut either the damage or the mana use or w/e, adding a defense to mobs is more an amelioration then a nerf ... you silly
