It's barely an overspawn and the side mods aren't anything to die for.

I'd look for something that's close to perfect for that level and pay mayyyybe 500-1000 for a 39 strength charm at 25.

Are you sure? I was planning on matching it with a level 20 and 25 axe that have lpa

it's a solid charm, like you said I'd want to pay quite a bit less than 5k though, solid melee mods throughout it.

lpa is useless. Arena doesn't exist anymore.
