+9 Life Regen <<<<<
+1 Extra Item Slots
+1 to 28 Life per Kill

Rare heal VIII
Level Req: 25
Heals: 92 to 245
Mana Cost: 75
+64% Enhanced Effect
+2% Mana Syphon
