Hmm, idk the first one is an unspawnable, because there are extremly rare cases where items can spawn with stats 2 tiers above the "Cap". For the first armor, this is a possibility since the max stat of any tier 3 item is 15.

As for needing them, Im looking for str scales only, and Ive already got the lower levels covered but maybe Connor would need those. Message him.

Idk what it is about axes, but when it comes to muting or welling them, Im one lucky bastard. Welled just now:
