TBH mate if you were just some random i'd probably flame you for your build.
you've got a hybrid style setup but you simply don't have the gear to be effective at anything - if you're going to be a healer, go all int. If you're going to be a damager, go the standard melee build. But really, going with melee type stats and using all HM gear is a really bad idea. Your current stat's may be OK at higher levels if you use an ee weapon. at the moment though you should probably concentrate on hacking off some damage.
in my opinion ofc.
No argument there... and I have never been flamed yet in a catacomb with this build.
But availability of GEAR can dictate the build... and... this build is 90% strength orientated only... (5 only to vita/int... rest strength)
My Main Charm... Str/Int/ML... good for build... at least I can heal a bit

Yea Cloud is right. You should stick to all melee with the way your current stats are, all that HM gear only hinders your Monk in cata runs as you aren't outputting damage.
If you wanted a real hybrid setup you would stat 50-70 base INT in the beginning, just take a look at all the other ladder monks to get an idea.
Also as a monk, you shouldn't even be in Mid unless you're in catas with 4 mages lol... tell those noobs to man up or upgrade their armors.
I cringe when I see Barbs and Fighters sit on Back rank...
Usually mages have the least life... when I cata with my mage, anyone who's on the B rank with me will not get healed unless they drop below 75% of my HP
There's no point in keeping a 3k barb in the back rank healed to like 2500 hp when my mage is only sitting there with 1000.
I'm exaggerating a bit with the barb, but I keep my eye out when it comes to rogues/monks more.
Thing is... as stated with previous comment... gear availability... at higher levels... I have HM gear... at the start to middle it is all dmg gear...
And this gear will also be on my Ninja... if I ever get there
