I can either melee to 30 then cast or just flat out cast. Go all out intel, NO VITA If you start casting at level 1, you need max mana items, and always good to have a heal charm on hand too What exactly are you putting into stats? And what gear do you have for levels?

i guess i have to melee to 30-35. i been able to do well on the melee side til 35 and started casting but casting is getting me only 1-2 chains. while melee will give me only 1 chain or 1 kill.
so i guess no vita straight intel ic. mmmmmmm
i jus have :
lvl 5 20 intel staff and lvl 40 3x intel staff
lvl 25 3x intel robe
lvl 0-15 charms every tier then every 2 tiers 35/45/55 decent ee ok above decent
same goes for heals

o let me know how many chains ur able to do every 10 lvls ie: lvl 35/35/55/65 approxiamately

its not fair to compare ur warlock with a monk imo no? but ill check it out
