highest level godly item Ive had drop is lvl 10..not sure why they are always low

Just makes me mad that every one of those stats is useful and none of them are high enough to matter.

Found an Arcane tempered diamond chain mail the other night, but thats also the highest level 15+ item I've found. And yes, you're right.. that find is quite bitter
