Based on your items, the following setup that I think would suit you until you get other items:
It seems that you will be Melee, it is the cheapest option for you:

Weapons: Cheapest EE staffs
Armor: Dexterity is your friend

MQ Main Charm:
Mystical wild heal VII
Level Req: 20
Heals: 8 to 84
Mana Cost: 53
+23 Dexterity
+1% Armor Pierce
+1% Quick Draw

You haven't much to work with... you may need some help
