Brian... the reason is pretty clear.  To join UA you must be voted in.  If you're not voted in by a large majority, then you are rejected.  Because you have recieved numerous NO votes, it is clear that many of the people in this guild either are not fond of you, or simply don't like you.  This is only brought upon yourself by you and your actions in the past and present.  Which is how we all in UA judge you by.  The person you are, does not mold into what UA looks for in its members. 

That is the reason for not getting in.  You've tried numerous times, with the same result.  TBH, you're vote is not getting any closer, in fact it's getting worse.  So I'd recommend you stay in amigos or find a new guild that will accept you.  UA has and will more as long as the core membership stays the same in UA, deny your application for joining.
