Doing good with the glyphing thing...getting 10-15% everyday if I have glyphables. It's going pretty fast, but that's just for the first ranks. Anyways I'm not in a hurry, will glyph every now and then when I have some spare minutes. When I'm able to glyph tier3 with relative ease, that's when it'll start to pay off (at least in my eyes)
