Its like a sword charm =). Low min - High max for sick critical hits heh, thats why Bobb doesn't like it. I think he likes to go more with the steady pace. Like a Ice/Fire Charm
I prefer Fire > others
. I use a 210 ee fire charm lvl 40. Fire rocks.
