I put together an Insignia LS Lending Library today with some of my unused items. If anyone wants to donate any item to it that maybe help a new person.. contact me.
I'm gonna figure out a LS ranking system so only a certain rank gets to borrow items etc. If you have any cool rank name ideas that have to do with LS or can be used for LS players maybe you can PM me and perhaps I'll add it/them.

Few things to know:
I won't be letting just ANY member have access to these items.
If you need an item, contact me through PM for fastest reply.
If you borrow an item, it will be returned back to me and me only within a week.
IF no one else needs it within a week, I will let you keep using the item if needed until someone else needs it. (this makes it fair for everyone. A whole week is more than enough time needed to use an item.)
