I have Timewarner and have never had a single complaint.

Once I lost internet for a few days, and then I realized a big truck hit my overhead line and dislodged it

Yeah Jim, Time Warner was the worst experience of my life. I probably had them a year for Cable & Internet. I had my Cable box swapped 4x and my internet I had them called out half a dozen times.
I was so pissed that I got outside with the guy and demanded that he rip out all the wiring to my house, retrench, and install new. It was still screwed up.

My internet would go our for about 10 seconds about five times a night. It was just long enough that I would get kicked out of WoW and I usually died each time.
I kicked TW to the curb and got Fiber Optic and it's a dream
