Your setup looks good m8, just grab a decent 120+ EE Heal/Focused Heal and you should be doing better. Once you get fg again you should try to get a better MQ charm, 120+ otherwise it won't help much.

meh I dont know why the ee didn't show on the 1st charm... it was 117 ee. I'm wondering if I should get this

I don't get how so many people do wells so successfully...

The whole catas have changed. It's like a maze where the group leader moves a little icon around. Up to 9 monsters can spawn, but they are weakened a lot.
