Yeah and the worst part of it is the two "well knowns" who were with him, instead of congratulating him on a lucky drop, started PUBLICLY raging and QQ'ing that it should have gone to them because they carried him blah blah. Talk like that pisses me off, and I hope they both read this because there is no rule in LS that says an item that drops automatically goes to whoever can heal the most or hit the best... fucking pathetic. Makes me wonder if they would say the same if it were me instead of him.

Congrats to your guildie on a sexy drop, he was lucky.


I don't mean to rant, but jesus, it's a game, learn to share and play together. The new player is just as deserving as the ones who have been here for years, imo.

wow that is pathetic.

It just makes me kinda sad. People I used to look up to when I was a noob are acting like complete douchebags, over a damn game. I am not going to say names, it doesn't take a genius to figure out who it was and I don't want to start any BS. I know the new update has stirred a lot of drama, but still, we are a community, let's act like one.

Comments like "I healed the noob the whole way, the item should be mine not his." or "I tanked for everyone and the guy that got the item is a noob who hit for xxx dmg" are complete BS. I would be extremely disappointed to hear anyone in our guild acted this way. (not that I ever expect to)

More GG items will drop, and may the luckiest man/woman win.

As one of the weaker slashers I am in total agreement with you jesse. I also hate peeps who kick others for being weak or leave you hangin to join another group. Without new peeps who are weak, LS will fall apart eventually

I agree. A few of the "higher end" slashers often forget that we all started at the same place in this game, granted some had FG and some didnt. They say things that are quick to type up, but are very difficult to remove afterward. I have lost respect for a select few over the past weeks I must say.

It would be different if I had a different stance on this. I could easily say screw everyone, I have tons of FG, I don't need to take time to help new people. But that's not who I am, nor do I ever want to be. This game will die if new people don't come in and play, and they won't want to stay if they don't feel welcomed by some of us.
