The expectations. They are wanting me to take over and run a portion of the business.
I'm conflicted because at this point I would rather go my own way, for my own business. (Which I have serious trepidation about, any smart person does.)
There are other factors involved as well ;
A- The pay is not substantial, I accepted it initially, because the Chef I am working under. Traded the $ for experience.
B- The travel time for work can be 2-3 hours a day, the wear and tear on the vehicle, gas (aging vehicle), and conflicting of schedule with the kids schooling.
Not to mention I hardly see them except maybe the 1 day off a week I get. With sports starting back up, that will be even less.
