thats why we have a guild :) , if u ever need a healer i can heal i have nice equip for that...if u need a melee/tanker i can do that as well, i will just have to take a break from my monk which isnt a big deal to me. i am always up for being a spot filler and dont be hesitant to pm me whenever i am on.

dam im irritated we lost.. i slashed so much yest my index finger's nail is like a lil ripped off my finger.

my weller is mediocre, i think civic or seifersan offered to well before so u might wana check their weller, not mine

no one needs to be paid more fgs for gps, thats too individual, gear for guild might be nice, but w/ so many of us, it would be hard for everyone to share, unless we had a ton of gear

thas the reason why everybody should get rewarded for gps that he/she can get his own gear ;) (the reward is high enough didnt understand by first reading )

and the borrow gear thing should only be for a short time period

Yes, we did lost, but I am planning a more accurate victory in the future, but we will see.

We tried and failed the first time, by 8 measly points. Maybe the next time we will win.

Lets not let it bother us and move on to better things.

Now....I want you guys to go thinkg for a minute while you guys slash and stuff, think about wat you guys want to have done in the guild.

Also, think about the problems that could arise from your ideas, then post up later.

Throwing out random ideas would make me read a lot more than I have to, kekeke.

I do like some ideas, and I see that eriot often give frees to guildies, which is nice.

I hope you guys have met people that you can trust in this guild, maybe you guys can share items and such among small groups or large group.

However, make sure the items arent very expensive if you decide to share, I dont want anyone screwed or anything, if you know what I mean.

I think the welling idea works very well, if a member kindly well for members so that.....you all can get better gear.

I think this is very efficient, and ezy to organize and carry out, without having to put trust in someone.

What is the best way to get good items without buying it? Lets think of the answer to this, because fg would be a problem for majority of members.

we can have a tax system, if u pay tax, u can use 'guild items'
for example maybe 10% tax on ur 100 gps, after a while there is enough fg for decent gear

pro - promotes guild unity, rewards hard work 2) no one has to give donations (although i could give some)
con - new guildies might take advantage 2) member keeps gears too long 3) will be slow in the beginning 4) ppl will argue about what to buy next

1.The welling thing would be great, the only problem is , that we need to thrust our guild m8ts , without it would be a problem.
2.The fg which comes from the collection of items or donations e.g. in the ladder slasher donor forum, because I've alsog get already 20 fg :D
