I think the fg hes awarding right now is more than enough
most guild leaders dont do that already, hes being extremely fair about it
As for the contest for most gps
I just say we organize to have a bunch of 71s ready for it
We shouldnt try milking him for his fg, hes already nice enough to reward us for our mqs

I would be up to the item sharing thing, so long as its only to an extent where a person can only have like one good item at a time and two decent ones so that its shared around more, and more fair for everyone
that way someone wont have all the awesome items, leaving the people who got to that level a little later with nothing to work with

i dont think you understand the ammount of gear needed to share fairly between ~35 ls players.

and lol i would take not really much out of the "stash" only a Mq weapon reason is - a good one costs about 2k +++++++++++++++++++++ and i cant afford that

dont wanna sound like the buzzkill antitrust person... but as to the item sharing throughout entire guild... read my sig...

imo, there would have to be a fine line first established, otherwise i think we will be seriously taken advantage of

so as i said we should create a stash with nothing over the top some medium items - that people can work for their *gg items as i said it some posts before it would need me 12 climbs to be rich nuf to get a acceptable Mq weapon (if i could borrow a less good one in the meantime his would great and i could climb much faster - i use a 100ee lvl 50dagger now)

oh and another thing we should plan team catas 5 ppl sticking togheter with 6hours or more time if that would be possible it would be eeeez to farm gps
