Example from my character. (5/52)

52/1+[5] = 8.66 -- 8 + 10(Base) = 18 Stats.

At 60 attempts, i will have the maximum of 20 stat points.

u ment 52/[(1) + 5] = 8.66, cose this is the only math i know
