You can probably find better stats on a Tier III.
But you know my opinion on buying low lvl gear that you won't be using long.

True but it's so hard to find a nice tier 3 plate with dual stats

Yeah man I have characters all all sorts of lvls iso catas to MQ

Lmk tomorrow...going to bed very soon...have work in the a.m.

no need dual stats at low levels...Lpk is the most ideal stat for 1-10 and sometimes even higher if you have the gear to pull it off. I use a tank armor with lpk and a str charm with lpk for my 1-10 set up...works fine for me

I know that it's not needed but like, I would normally use exp+strength gear for levels 1-20 and still full chain in ease. I want to try this out tho so I'm going with the dual stats.

What's the harm of loosing 6 strength out of a possible 30 at levels 1-4 for 26 more dex.
