I'm thinking about starting Glyphing on my guy as well. Not gonna do transmuting or suffusing though. I dunno. The higher levels would be frustrating due to lack of items to glyph. Certainly looks profitable with enough time put into it though from what I have seen.

edit: I think I'll at least do the first few levels of glyphing and see how it goes.

Well, I got it off the MP for I think 30 or 40, felt it was worth at least 75, trying to turn a profit

I'm hoping to post bins on all the items soon.
