I'm not 100% sure what this means but I think it will have a chance to spawn the higher magical quailty of the item and also has a chance to roll better stats. I have 33 ML and I am getting just as much good and crap mutes as I did with like 20 ml

Does anyone know what level starts giving you 1 ( at least) pt of damage per pt of str. I know you dont get it at level 15.

E: Come to think of it I dont think my exp gained is working. I have 13% exp gained. It doesnt seem like it...... Its not as if it can be proven either way.

E2: Just tried it with a differant armor (-7 %) I got the same as I was getting before......

Im out yall.... Have a good night. Sorry for being such a slacker tonight. Barely managed to get a few levels on my hc fighter.... Hopefully tomorrow will be better....
