im not exactly sure how the skill rank part works, but i think you do have to be within a certain level of proficiency to get the benefit of that rod.

will, you should save your sig as a .PNG instead of a .GIF, so it will remove some of the white "transparency"


as far as the portal goes, dont sweat it. keysets are cheap.



yeah glow with transparency is tricky unless you save as a PNG-24
