I did empty it.

And nope. But my magic isn't horrid. It's simply that my int is still below 200, where it should already be above. So My damage, rather than being around 1100 where it is with mage, is down at around 700-800, where it's going to take half again as many shots.

If I give up some int to get some +magic/int duel modded items, then I end up having to take even more shots. Does that make sense?

Level 37 and bleh, hit a rock. Constant running away and regen after single battles.

I only have 165 INT and I get 200k exp per regen at level 40+

I'm gaining on you, almost level 50. Just wait until level 55

Do you equip massive +vitality gear right before you level? or is there a point?

No, Vitality gear doesn't add to life. It just adds to defensive properties of armor.
