All depends on your armor. The key to caster rouge is the ability to get nice high def high int armors much cheaper than a low def int robe. Therefore once you hit the higher levels you can tank longer and get more kills per regen.

I actually don't even cast until level 35, cause it is so easy to melee to that point then use my sexc charm until mq.
