Big vouch. I have tried them all, from way back in the DOS days, up through Windows 3.1, 95, ME, 2000, XP, Vista, even played around with Windows 7 on a friends computer.

None have worked as well as XP, although XP SP1 was somewhat tricky, but once you get into SP2 and the even better SP3, it is a VERY stable OS and pretty damn secure for the average idiot to use.

I made a private guild topic to let ls members post levels and get runs together. Not all of our members can read the topic. It seemed this thread kept cycling pages, which is a good thing but people posting thier toons, times, etc wouldnt be seen. However, here is the deal:



It appears we are about 38 guild points away from hitting page two. If the last guild listed on page two gets any guild points, the number required to hit page two will change.

I propose this to all of the slashers: If we are able to hit page two by 12:00am Tuesday June 1st (thats 1 minute after midnight on Memorial Day night) there will be 1,000fg up for grabs.

Here are the rules/plan:

1. We must be at least the third guild from the bottom of page to insure we dont fall off page two.
2. The fg will be divided as a percentage of total MQ's attempted. Yes a pass should be worth more than a fail; however, it would also be as a penalty if pass points were counted and rewarded. Folks that fail the mq have tried just as hard.
3. All members need to attempt to level with other guild members. We are a well oiled team. No need to abandon our brothers. Members that MQ with at least one other member and the points are shown in the guild logs as such, will receive a 10% bonus towards the pay off calculation.

For example: If Justin, Chip, and Dusty do 1 mq together, they will each receive a 10% bonus in total percentage of MQ's attempted. This is cumulative. If they do 5 MQ's together that is 50% bonus towards the total % of MQ's completed.

Everyone should be able to view the guild logs, as far as I know. The guild logs show the members, MQ point(s), date, and time completed. So, if you get to 71, make sure everyone MQ's within 10 minutes of each other or the lagger will not get the extra 10% bonus.
