Normally everyone likes it at level 64... getting lvl55 items and good secondary drops...
Myself personally... I well as I go up levels (since I am a Barb)... @ 10, 15 & 20... then I stop till lvl30... then again @ lvl45 do not bother after that.
2 reasons why I well at those levels:
1. Faster Proficiency gain...
2. hoping for maximum EIS gear so that I can get mules stacked up.
