I am glad to see he has helped you out. I know a few other people in this guild who have given out loans and donations when people need them...


The best part is people normally get help when they need it, without even having to ask. I usually monitor how people are doing, and if they are struggling I try to help them out. There are more who have done the same, I will not list them simply to keep it simple but we do all try to help each other out, which is one of the main importance of a "guild" in my eyes.

I think spending FG to change one's name is silly though, to be honest. The 1.5k would be better spent on some LS gear so he can actually get off the Pointless Slasher list, which should be one of the goals of any new member. Who knows, he could find some crazy 5k item on his first climb, I have seen it happen to others... then he could afford a name change himself!

All in all we have a GM group. Nev and I don't allow BM people to be in here for very long, and our top member's opinions are also very important to us. Thank you for sharing yours.

ok, i have a question about mana syphon/life steal

I'm using an armor right now that has 5% mana syphon on it. Now to my understanding mana syphon was much like mana steal in d2, i hit them........5% of my hit gets returned to my mana pool.
This is not even close to the case, so i figured ok, 1 out of 20 hits should return mana to my mana pool, you know 5% chance to syphon mana. I watch my mana during wells that take a good amount of hits to kill and this is also not the case o.O O.o

I also noticed that with 6% lifesteal on Rex's MQ loaner sword, it wouldnt give me ANY life unless i hit for atleast 100 dmg, then it LOOKED like 6 life.

Main question: Did Paul blow it real bad on these stats or am I confused on how this stuff works?
