If you can give me a few days i can help you out, but probably wont be on much during weekend.
Its exam time here right now and with all the other stuff its very chaotic, hard to predict the next day.

Unfortunately there wont be anyone who can do the level 40s and 45s ( or higher ) yet.
And its rather a matter of years till someone can, the glyphing is very very slow with that.
At my current stage im already getting to a limit where it is very time consuming and with high costs.

If you got the space keep them, but thats something you should keep in mind.
I have a few really sexy stats for level 40 and higher also which keeps me motivated to go on.

Stuff like:

Magical diamond dagger
Level Req: 40
Damage: 78 to 137
+52 Dexterity

Otherwise all you can do with them is sell them or shrine them or maybe have them muted.
Im at level 30 items right now for proficiency, i do try 35s at times, but the rate to pass is VERY low. ( like 5-10% at the most )

On that note, i'd be happy for any level 30 items on mp to glyph them and get prof.

So what i can do is do all the glyphs level 1-30, the vast majority of them should pass.
Might catch you tomorrow when i have some calm minutes, but i cant tell for sure.

For the lower tiers, you might even find first aid within the guilds so you can use the vault.
