It helps if you climb mules and have different characters at different levels, that way you can almost always slash with people in groups at different levels. Also, many people do 1-71s and just play out for the duration, some only play like this.

Soloing at work today, picking up skillables so that I can progress a little bit over this next week. Currently lvl 17 on monk, solo monk SUCKS.

At level 21. Whoever is on and have any char at that range feel free to join.
