A quick and easy way to p/c items is to do a search on the marketplace for a similar item to see what others are selling it for.
While this is relatively fast, it might not always be entirely accurate.
I did a check for you but will also outline the steps so you can do this in the future.
1. Open Marketplace
2. Select the Charms section, but do not set the Type to Ice, just leave it blank so it will search all charms
3. Set the level range from 15 to 15 to prevent it from searching outside this level range
4. For attributes, pick Enhanced Effect and set the minimum to 60 (usually you set the minimum cutoff to a little lower than what you have so you can see the range of items)
5. Click search
At the time of writing, there are 2 ice charms that are a bit better than yours, with extra mods, and 1 is selling for 4fg,
therefore I would say yours should be maybe less than that, like 3 fg.
Since you are new to LS and probably still trying to collect item sets like weapons and charms and such, I would not really recommend
selling your charm as 3fg isn't much, you could probably be better off using the charm itself.
There should be plenty of opportunities to find other items to sell, some of which may not be obvious.
