I'd like to add.

I try my hardest to make this guild run perfect and smooth.

To my closest friend's in the guild -- you guys obviously know who you are, i created this guild, to make us/you all equal, and i don't see the difference in a heirarchy -- that's not how Society was built or intended, as some drama that arises from time to time, actually depresses me, because i've tried more than you can imagine, to make an atmosphere, where such events do not, and cannot exist. I'd like it if you guys understood and acknowledged this.
