Shes says she is willing to go court and drop my child support for my agreeing for the move, and would get Summer visitation and holidays still
But I basically wouldn't see him for the whole school year ...
Part of me wants not to be selfish and allow the move, as it would create a "better living atmosphere" by :
A- the area they would live in would be so much better dramatically (Dayton Ohio isnt the best place to raise a kid - Shit schools/jobs/community)
B- Her & her Husbands finances would greatly increase
C- that the move would be easier on my son that he is only going into Kindergarten, so wouldn't be so hard on changing school/making new friends
I do not want any help from you so-called "jail-house lawyers" I would prefer the help of some body experienced in either
this field of knowledge by self-experience or trade( <-- as in job)
