you need regen gear..with those weaps you should get from 35-45 quickly..just search for a cheap set of regen gears to equip between heals

gets worse as you go up -- 10% extra for each higher lvl -- 80% for the alchemist!

its now 10% off the base so a alchemist would loose 700k+ exp per death
