saw him lvl 120 or so ^^ but 161 is pretty sick check his exp in the ladder
he is in front of all the alchimists with his headhunter ^^ (at least exp wise.. but his position is still at the top of headhunters)

you have just to get used to it.. and you will be very fast.. it looks pretty slow.. but remember you can hit monsters while you are turning around.. so total you arent really slower than before.. if you like staying in black you can just turn around like mad.. but i myself like to explore..
just concentrate on the mini map and you will be ok

So I little upgrading to go but I'm on the right track.
