I see two perspectives here:
1. save up gear, get better, be able to do "high end" runs such as ubers and clone and also RUSHING. all will make mucho FG in long run.
2. find gear / sell. manage with what you got. will not be as good at high end runs, but will make more profit quickly before value drops.
in the end, i think it boils down to how LONG you plan on playing d2. long time? choose 1. short time? 2.
I agree with this... there was one concept that yeilds both perspectives together...
Short Term:Faster Killspeed Yeilds more Mf Runs = more drops = more chances to get better items (hunting lvl85 areas)
Slower killspeed yeilds less runs = less drops = less chance to get better items (hunting lvl85 areas)
Long Term:Faster Killspeed Yeilds more Mf Runs = more drops = more chances to get better items (hunting lvl85 areas)
Slower killspeed yeilds less runs = less drops = less chance to get better items (hunting lvl85 areas)
Other Character Build for Ubers / Dclone / rushing.
Either Long/Short term... you need killing speed.
My mistake this season... was trying to make a support character for guildies so that we could be on together to get up there faster... did not happen because we could not get the timing right...
