well whoever is starting hcls soon i'll give this lvl 1 dex charm to you, just msg me if you need

if no1 need i'll just keep for a guardian if i ever make one to level at low levels

decent charm to start with, i already passed tier III but I am sure it could help someone else if they switch to HC biggrin.gif
maybe carni could use once he starts up

hehe glad i never played RS, but on another note i smell two mq's tonight. one by my sc mage and one by my hc barb. go team. gotta stop for a little while cause the LSU Tigers are on tv against alabama. happy.gif and watching them and ls = death lol.
