Haha its really damn tricky and unless you have a strong party with tankers, healers and hybrids all of you will die within seconds!!!
Ambush is 9 mobs and WAY harder than an evil presence. They are extremely strong and some hardly take any dmg.
If the party struggles before, you should run instantly to prevent dying :D

Wow the pictures look amazing, that must have been huge fun to go through the neighborhood like that.
