Paste it in there, highlight it like you were going to copy it, click the 5th icon to the right. The one that looks like the sun over the mountain.

I think....than highlight it again and click the fourth icon to the right to center it

ctrl + left click while on attack charm.

Cant do it in solo cata though :)
